At right, the CSF-3XL is shown mounted to the mount platform available from us below as a package deal. You could make your own with a foot square board and a vertical 8" tall 2x4 post or you could mount it in your garage to a 2x4 stud. Combo deals include a stainless steel bowl, a remote timer of your choice, domestic S&H, and the wood stand/platform is also included with some combos or basic packages as depicted at top right. A "basic" package does not come with a remote plug-in timer, only the power adapter.
Here is a real neat way to install Your cat Super Feeder on your outdoors porch to help keep wild animals away from the feeder! All it takes is about $6.00 worth of parts--an aluminum gutter down spout (about 16"), a couple of straps, and an elbow if installing on a koi pond Super Feeder (at right) with the plastic weather-shield over the chute, which the cat feeder does not have but is available if needed. We recommend a metal gutter because it's very easy to cut with tin snips, can be stretched and bent to suit, and most of all is raccoon and other small animal proof. The set-up's above are the CSF-3XL (left) and KSF-2XL (right).

Each Super Feeder can also be easily adapted to feed small dogs, caged animal like rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, etc...by mounting the feeder outside the cage and setting up a guttering system to deliver the food. The one above was installed by a customer through an unused garage door to keep wild animals away from the feeder and still feed his outdoor cat when away. Lots of suitable applications! The CSF-3 should not be installed where it will be exposed to rain; a covered porch would be O.K. For outdoors, you may also order the CSF-3 with a chute cover normally installed on the KSF-2 Koi-Pond feeder, which has a hood over the chute (to protect it from blowing rain), but you should still keep it out of the rain because of the food bowl.
Does your cat or small dog eat too much? Does it have a condition where it should only eat a certain amount of food at one time? Perhaps you want to only feed 5-6 pieces of dry cat food at a time many times per day...Well this is the perfect feeder for you! Feeds dry or moist cat pellet food such as "Happy Cat Moist!" by Purina® or other similar dry food. It is also very safe because there is no exposed high voltage power cord. The adapter plugs into just about any timer, which is then plugged into a wall socket. Thus, the cord going to the feeder is only 12 volts.
The basic machine holds 3/4 cup of flakes and or pellets, which coupled with the two supplied 2-cup hopper extensions will give you over a quart of food reserve. The supplied metal mounting bracket is designed to be mounted to a 2x4 or 4x4, attached to a wall or a small platform as pictured above. It can also be mounted to a metal or PVC pipe. The feeder comes with a low voltage power adapter that can be plugged into any 24-Hr lamp timer or digital timer for accurate time keeping, which you may already have in your possession. We have a whole array of timers with can be purchased by themselves or Combo deals to best suit your application if you do not have one. It can even be powered and triggered by a home automation system. Of course, each Super Feeder® has its own adjustable internal solid-state electronic timer to accurately adjust the amount of food you want dispensed per cycle (time) as well as a mechanical "volume" adjustment. The remote timer's "on" time has nothing to do with the length of time the feeder runs, only the feeder's internal timer determines that. The remote timer's only purpose is to power and trigger the feeder at programmed times. By special request we can even leave the internal feed timer out of the feeder for people with their own power and timing system. Base model is 7" long x 3 1/4" wide x 4 7/8" tall. Each extension is 3.9" tall and holds 2 cups of food. The CSF-3XL and the CSF-3XL with one clear extension are apprx. 21 inches tall.

operation. If you anticipate being away for an extended period of time where a
